Hydrapurger for Paper Making Project

The Hydrapurger is applied after the sediment well. During the crushing process of the pulper, the pulp containing a large amount of light and heavy impurities gathers in the sediment well and overflows into the Hydrapurger. Under the action of its rotor, the good pulp passes through the sieve plate and enter the next process. Heavy impurities remain in the Hydrapurger and are discharged after regular flushing and pressure-feeding to the drum screen for dehydration.
