Headbox in Paper Making Line

The headbox is suitable for vehicle speeds ranging from 500-1200m/min. The pulp is distributed uniformly along the width of the paper machine through the tapered pulp distribution main pipe and the stepped tube bundles. Gradient water is injected into the pulp flow before the pulp enters the stepped tube bundle to adjust the pulp flow consistency and improve the label definition of the entire paper industry.
