Drum Pulper in Pulp and Paper Industry

The first working area where waste paper enters the drum is the high-consistency fiber decomposition area for gentle disintegration. After the waste paper is loosened in the pulping area, it slowly moves and enters the second working area. In the screening area, the pulp is diluted to a concentration of 3~5%, and the screen plate is cleaned. The pulp flows into the pulp storage tank from the screen holes in the screening area, and coarse impurities are moved to the end of the screen basket for continuous discharge.

2. The deinking efficiency of the Drum Pulper is very high. Due to the strong effect of chemicals under high concentration conditions, the ink ions are fully separated from the fiber surface, thereby reducing chemical consumption, shortening the processing time, and achieving a higher deinking effect.
